SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Handmade Shop. The following terms and conditions make up our Shipping Policy.

 

1. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

 

2. Shipment Processing Time
Once your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. In the event of any delays, we will contact you.

3. Shipment Locations
At this time, Handmade Shop does not ship internationally. We only ship domestically within Australia.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates


4.1. Shipment Rates

Depending on the product you purchase, and whether you choose a tracked or untracked option, rates may vary from $2 - $9.75.

4.2. Delivery Estimate

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and begin on the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the delivery capabilities of the delivery company at your current location. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19 or weather may impact delivery times.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, although we may drop off cards to the red box from time to time during weekends.

  • The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items ordered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Refunds

  • Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. We will notify you that the item has been received and provide an update on the status of your refund or exchange.

  • If your return is approved, we will proceed with issuing a refund to your original method of payment or process an exchange as per your request. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account will vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

  • We will also provide you with the delivery information for the new shipment in case of an exchange.

 

3. Shipping

  • Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In the event that you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
