Our dedicated team works tirelessly to source and create the finest handmade products using natural and environmentally friendly materials. What is Handmade Shop mission?

Our mission at Handmade Shop is to spread joy and promote environmental sustainability through traditional, handmade crafts. We strive to create unique, handcrafted products that are not only beautiful but also functional, and environmentally friendly. We also aim to preserve traditional techniques and values through our handmade and handcrafted products. We believe that by doing so, we can make a positive impact on the environment and on the lives of those who use our products.
Where are our products made?

The majority of our products are crafted by skilled artisans in Vietnam. However, some of our designs and creations are inspired and made by our team in Australia. Regardless of where it is made, every product at Handmade Shop is made with care and attention to detail. Each piece is crafted by hand with love and dedication. We take pride in offering our customers high-quality, handmade products that are both beautiful and functional.
Can I order a personalised gift/ product?

At the moment, we can include a personalized message with your chosen item upon request. However, for small orders, we may not have the capability to customize the item to your specific preferences. If you have a large order or special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I am not living in Australia, can you post to me?

At the moment, we are able to ship to the US, and we are planning to expand our shipping services to other countries soon. If you are interested in purchasing our products and need it to be shipped internationally, please reach out to us by sending an email to handmadeshop.au@gmail.com and we will check if it's possible to ship to your location and advise you accordingly.
